Our darkest chocolate to date. Has a slight tropical earthiness with undertones of tobacco and vibrant notes of lemon zest lingering to the finish. Made using organic cacao beans from the Conacado Cooperative, pure brown sugar and pure press cacao butter from the Dominican Republic. We think this chocolate bar is a great reflection of the quality of the cacao grown in the Dominican Republic and is certain to be any aficionados favorite.
