Ditto above minus the chocolate... But if you are one of those rare ones that does not like chocolate (no judgement here... but we really don't 'get' non-chocolate lovers!), then this is the cookie for you!
And yes, this cookie kicks butt too!
Despite our best packing efforts and no matter how many treats we give to our UPS driver, from time to time a cookie will break in shipping. Trust us, they taste just as good as unbroken cookies. And on really hot days, the chocolate biscotti may melt a bit. Pop it in your refrigerator and it will soon be restored to its original, artisan beauty.
