Badabing Cherry Marmalade

A very flavorful marmalade that we discovered just by chance. Taste the cherries in the front of your mouth and then the oranges finish. A very beautiful red color is great on toast, waffles, English muffins and scones. Use it in baked brie and makes a wonderful balsamic sauce to use on chicken, duck or pork. The name just seemed like a good catchy phrase.

Website: http://www.vtharvest.com/

Vermont Homemade Memories, dba Vermont Harvest, has made the finest gourmet condiments since 1983. In 2007, it was purchased by New England Culinary Institute graduate Whip Burks. Our newest products include two sauces that are catapulting to our top-selling products. A recent review of the Tiger Satay listed it as the best peanut sauce in a jar. Each product follows our philosophy that if it's not catchy, it's not going to sell, if it's catchy and has great flavor hold on to your britches. We use only the finest ingredients and produce in small batches without using additives or preservatives.
