Basil Olive Oil

Stella Cadente's Basil Oil is made by crushing fresh basil and mission olives together at the olive mill, and the result is a pesto-style showstopper. The oil has a wonderful basil aroma and the palate experiences a persistent fruity basil flavor with a gentle hint of pepper on the finish. Our Basil Oil pairs well with meat and vegetarian pastas, Greek salads, cold or warm tomato soup, Tuscan beans, crusty fresh baked bread and many more incredible combinations.

Stella Cadente produced its first extra virgin oil in 2000 and won recognition from the International Olive Oil Council in Perugia, Italy, for being equal to or better than the best Italian oils.
