Bermuda Fish Chowder

Bermuda is a fisherman’s paradise and Bermudians love their fish chowder. There are many different recipes but the one thing they all share is Outerbridge’s Original Sherry Peppers. This Fish Chowder is a blend of traditional ingredients like potatoes, tomatoes, onions, carrots, green peppers, celery and of course, fish fillets. Simply heat and serve. Due to Canadian import restrictions, regretfully we are unable to ship this product to Canada.
Outerbridge Peppers was founded by Yeaton Duval Outerbridge, whose ancestors settled in Bermuda circa 1620. The modest business that began in 1965 has grown to include a delicious line of gourmet sauces, soups and condiments treasured by fans around the world. In 1964, Yeaton Duval Outerbridge and his cousin Robert “Robbie” Dean Outerbridge decided to brew up a batch of Bermuda Sherry Peppers for use at Robbie’s Harbourfront Restaurant in Hamilton. Since then, Outerbridge’s Original has become synonymous with Bermuda Sherry Peppers. Nearly every restaurant and pantry in Bermuda contains a bottle of Outerbridge’s Original Sherry Peppers.
