Big Island Bees’ honey is artisanally produced and minimally processed. Keeping temperatures close to a natural beehive’s, this honey is gently strained, not filtered, preserving its flavor and nutritional value. Organic Lehua honey is a rare item made by honeybees on the slopes of Mauna Kea and Hualalai from the Ohi’a Lehua tree. This honey is blended with organic cinnamon grown in Honaunau, Hawaii, imparting a spicy, woody fragrance that complements the gentle yet distinctive flavor of the Lehua honey.
