Blueberry Bourbon Conserve

This delicious conserve combines blueberries, apples, raisins, walnuts and spices and is perfect for your toast in the morning, with cheese or over ice cream.

Blueberry Bourbon is a star in our new recipe Marybeth's Blueberry Balsamic Sauce. It is one of our specialty breakfast jams but also lends itself to cooking. The balsamic sauce is wonderful with pork, duck or chicken breasts. It is particularly tasty with brie cheese as an appetizer or over ice cream for dessert.
