Brownie Crunch owes its start to Seth Greenberg, who has been baking brownies for 35 years, starting in his father's famed bakeshop in Manhattan. Talking to Stephen Fass about the crunchy edge of the brownie, his favorite part, they conceived Brownie Crunch.
Fass is President, Chief Merchant with 40 years in specialty food at Macy's Cellar, Bloomingdale's, and ABC Carpet and Home, among others. Neil Chernin, veteran food broker with 35 years in specialty and natural foods, is Senior VP Sales. Greenberg is VP Production, and, of course, quality and taste control.
