Founded in 1985, Jan and Joel Coffee began bottling some of Dr. T.A. Peterson's (Jan's father) recipes and selling them to the public, under the "Dr. Pete's" label. In the 26 years of business, the product line has grown to include marinades, sauces, salad dressings and baking mixes.
