New Hope Mills has produced quality products for more than 180 years to earn its distinction as one of America's oldest flour mills. Although the mill is no longer used for producing flour, it is being preserved with operations intact, with the goal of an operational museum. We now have a 33,000 square foot manufacturing location in Auburn, N.Y., only 30 minutes from our original location in New Hope, N.Y. The quality of our products remains a prominent goal. New Hope Mills offers a variety of gluten-free and all-natural products that are free from chemical additives and artificial enrichments.
