Central Europe

user rating
0.0 out of 5 stars(0)

Central Europe is home to an abundance of rich and filling food. The region’s boundaries are generally considered to stretch from Switzerland to Poland, and south to Slovenia. Each country celebrates certain traditional foods that are just as emblematic as the national flag: Austrian schnitzel, Swiss fondue, Hungarian goulash, Polish pierogi. A trip to any Central European country is incomplete without trying the national specialty.—Alexandra Menglide
