Chuao Chocolatier (pronounced chew-WOW) is the first Venezuelan Chocolatier based in the U.S. and southern California’s premier artisan chocolatier, and we are all about arousing your senses through chocolate.
We are based in Carlsbad and have three cafés (Encinitas, Del Mar Heights and La Jolla UTC) that include numerous hot chocolate beverages, pastries, gelatos and decadent seasonal creations.
