Make your own crab cakes. Our handy packet contains cracker crumbs seasoned with Chesapeake Bay Seasoning along with air-dried red bell peppers, carrots, celery, tomatoes and leeks. Simply add fresh or canned crabmeat, an egg and a little mayonnaise. Easy recipe found on back of packet. Consumers can also use cooked flaked fish and make fish cakes or form mix into balls and make appetizer-sized crab puffs. Each packet is hole-punched for display on our herb display rack.
