Use the fat to saute vegetables or omelets. Package contains four legs (two legs per pouch, 8 oz. each; net wt. 32 oz.).
Maple Leaf Farms Duck Leg Confit is a fully cooked product. After defrosting, you can take it out of the package and use it cold on salads, sandwiches or alone. To heat, defrost and remove package before heating/cooking the product.
