- 9 oz. Maple Leaf Farms Duck Leg Confit, deboned and diced
- 12 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 1/2 oz. parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 oz. green onions, chopped
- 3 eggs, blended
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 3/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 6 sheets phyllo dough
- 3 Tbsp. clarified butter, melted
- green onions, chopped, as needed
1. Combine duck, cheeses, onions, eggs, garlic, parsley, oregano and pepper.
2. Cut phyllo sheets into thirds; shingle 3 sheets. Place 4 ounces of filling into center of phyllo sheets; wrap phyllo around filling. Place top side down on greased sheet pan; brush with butter.
3. Bake at 350° F for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Place on plate; garnish with green onions.
