The line is free of trans fats, preservatives and artificial colors, and it’s certified kosher.
Founded in 1992 by friends Eileen Spitalny and David Kravetz, Fairytale Brownies began in a friend's catering kitchen using Kravetz' Mom's 55-year-old secret family brownie recipe. Fairytale Brownies are baked from scratch using fine ingredients like imported Callebaut Belgian dark chocolate, premium grade AA butter and farm fresh eggs. Available in 12 flavors of brownies and 6 flavors of cookies, all are certified Kosher. They bake more than 3 million brownies and cookies annually. In 2006, Eileen and David received the Arizona Small Business Persons of the Year award. In 2011, they received the BBB Business Ethics Award in Arizona.
