Fat Toad Farm Goat's Milk Caramel
user rating
Fat Toad Farm hand makes this Goat’s Milk Caramel, or cajeta, in small batches at its goat dairy farm in Vermont. Similar to the more commonly known dulce de leche, this cajeta is made from milk produced by the farm’s 40 goats and organic cane sugar. The Goat’s Milk Caramel comes in four flavors: Original, Vanilla Bean, Cinnamon and Coffee Bean, each in three sizes. The company sells its 2-ounce jars as wedding favors (with personalized tags), and they’re also great for stocking stuffers, homemade gift baskets and other events. Plus, the caramel is gluten-free.
