Harvest Fresh Farm grows herbs in its greenhouse in the Ozark Mountains without the use of pesticides. Its line of herbal vinegars make for bright salad dressings, but they shine equally as marinades. Reduce the Dill Lemon & Parsley White Balsamic and add butter to create a sauce for fish or chicken. Basil Rice Wine vinegar, aged for 45 days, is infused with hydroponically grown basil; use as light salad dressing or for marinating vegetables. Other vinegar flavors include: Herbs de Provence White Balsamic, Rosemary Sage Thyme & Garlic White Balsamic, and the smoky Spicy Moroccan Chermoula.
We are an all-natural commercial hydroponic farm that grows and packages fresh culinary herbs. We also make and manufacture on our farm a full line of all-natural shelf stable herbs, herb blends and pestos in extra virgin olive oil. Our herbal vinegars are aged 60 days for a full flavor. We are a "hit" with the Supermarket Guru. Using our products makes "Gourmet Made Easy."
