A blend of herbs, basil, marjoram, oregano, rosemary, lavendar flowers, thyme and sage, all found in the Provence region in the south of France. They are used mostly in Mediterranean dishes and for grilling. The lavender flowers make this blend distinctive.
We are an all-natural commercial hydroponic farm that grows and packages fresh culinary herbs. We also make and manufacture on our farm a full line of all-natural shelf stable herbs, herb blends and pestos in extra virgin olive oil. Our herbal vinegars are aged 60 days for a full flavor. We are a "hit" with the Supermarket Guru. Using our products makes "Gourmet Made Easy."
