HIckory Smoked and Peppered Bacon

Sofi award Winner at the Fancy Food Show. The slabs are trimmed by hand, then rolled in brown sugar and hand rubbed with fresh cracked black peppercorns prior to smoking for 22 hours over real hickory. Available in slab, bulk, 12 oz., and 24 oz. packages. Also available smoked (without pepper).
