JAVA SHAKE is our new JAVA-GOURMET finishing salt. We use our very own finely ground natural Brazil coffee, Kosher salt, pepper, garlic, paprika and the perfect blend of natural herbs and spices. It's meant to be used near the end of cooking or as a finishing touch for extra flavor. The use of coffee acts as a natural flavor enhancer on just about anything you add it to. Use JAVA SHAKE as you would a traditional seasoned salt in soups, on vegetables and salads. It's great on burgers and as a popcorn topper with a bit of melted butter.
