We take fresh carrots that are pureed and combined with parmesan, cheddar and Monterey jack cheeses. The roasted fresh carrots are virtually undetectable to the child, and add depth of flavor and a high RDA of many important vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C, vitamin A and calcium.
