La Amarilla de Ronda, Suave

Hundreds of years ago, the nuns pertaining to a closed order living in Ronda, Andalusia, began producing olive oil from olives harvested from 100-year-old olive trees, considered one of the most exquisite oils by the locals. The Gomez de Baeza family acquired the property and LA Organic was born in April 2004. A group of three renowned individuals have joined forces to bring us La Amarillo de Ronda olive oil. Cristino Obillo (olive oil expert), Michel Rolland (respected enologist) and Philippe Starck (designer) are bringing the established wine culture to the world of olive oils with Suave and Intenso.
