That line comprises Vidalia Onion Sweet, Hot Vidalia Onion Chow Chow, made with jalapeño peppers (also in milder Not So Hot Chow Chow), Green Tomato Chow Chow and Southern Corn Relish. Don’t miss the sweeter side: Pear Relish combines pears, peppers and southern spices to make for a surprise hit over greens or pinto beans.
