Lobster Tail Pastry

Similar to our Sfogliatelle, this triangular-shaped pastry has a deliciously flaky, multi-layered shell and once baked is ready to be filled with a cream of your choice. Chefs may also use it as a dinner novelty for some of their favorite entrees, for example, cold salads, chicken and fish salads, potato fillings and cold cut sandwiches.
