Lucini Italia Cinque e Cinque

Love traditional Italian food? Then you may be familiar with cinque e cinque, a chickpea-flour frittata made popular in the Ligurian region of Italy. Also known as farinata, this Tuscan street food can be served atop a fresh baguette or focaccia, as the protein in a main course, or mixed with tomato and basil as a side dish. The name Cinque e Cinque refers to the going rate of the patty and the bread in the early 1900s. Lucini packages the mix into three flavors (Traditional, Rosemary and Chili), all gluten-free and high in fiber, that can be made in the comfort of home.—Eva Meszaros
