Made from pure Madagascar vanilla extract and beans, the Vanilla Bean Paste has a syrupy consistency, made with a proprietary simple syrup and natural thickener that increase its density and flavor and holds the seeds in suspension.
The paste also takes the work away from cutting and splitting a vanilla bean. Glazing a dish or just using the paste for decoration will give home cooks instant chef cred with guests.
“A lot of people choose to use the paste because they think it is stronger than the extract,” says COO Matt Nielsen. “But that is a misconception.
