Monini il Primissimo  100% Australian EVOO

Monini Il Primissimo Extra Virgin Oilve Oil is harvested from the typical Umbrian tree varietals (Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino) planted in New South Wales in 2004 by the Monini family. Because of the geographic location in the Southern Hemisphere, and the particular micro-climate, this oil is pressed from April to May to arrive to our consumers during the summer months.

Fragrance: fresh, grassy and intense. Flavor: distinct almond aftertaste. Density: full-bodied. Color: green with golden yellow hues. Acidity: 0.3% less than a third of the maximum allowed by law (0.8%). Size: 16.9 oz. (500ml).
