White Balsamic Dressing is a sweet and sour vinegar obtained from musts of carefully selected white grapes. Ideal for salads and sauces, perfect on toasted bread slices, risotto, escalopes, fish, parmigiano cheese and to enhance the taste of poached eggs.
Aspect: clear and bright. Color: straw (pale) yellow. Taste: sweet and sour, balanced and pleasant. Size: 16.9 oz. (500ml).
