The only thing missing from our MOO Chocolates Corn Flake bar is the spoon. We start with organic corn flour and a touch of sea salt to create a scrumptious corn flake. Instead of a bowl and milk, our corn flakes are drowned in creamy milk chocolate. It may not be breakfast, but our MOO Chocolates Corn Flake is an organic treat you can feel good about snacking on anytime of the day.
Ingredients: organic milk chocolate [organic sugar, organic cocoa butter, organic whole milk powder, organic chocolate liquor, organic soy lecithin (an emulsifier)], organic corn flour, and sea salt. Contains milk and soybean. May contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts and wheat.
MOO Chocolates provides the only organic chocolate in the premium market that specifically targets kids. Unlike the majority of organic chocolate, largely made for adults, MOO is geared toward children with its whole milk recipe and its infusion of crunchy whole grains and cereals.
A little over two years ago, founder Jackie Ekholm was inspired to create “real” treats that her kids would love. Today, MOO products are sold in approximately 600 stores and cafes, in four cereal and grain varieties--granola, corn flakes, graham cracker, and rice crisps.
