This award-winning relish holds the zing of eight varieties of hot and sweet peppers. Its recipe calls for fresh produce (most of which is locally grown near the production facility) and the relish is made one small batch at a time the same way Uncle Bunk’s grandmother prepared the condiment. It is great as a dip for pretzels, crackers and cheese, as a sandwich spread, or in egg or potato salad. Also available in medium heat.
