My Brother's Salsa

Years ago, when one of Helen Lampkin’s four brothers shared a salsa recipe with her, she knew it was something special. After adding some of her personal touches to the recipe, it immediately became a hit with her family and friends. Made from fresh, whole ingredients including diced tomatoes, jalapeños, black beans and sweet corn, all six varieties—Original (in Mild, Medium or Hot), Black Bean and Corn, Garden, Fire Roasted Tomato, Tomatillo and House (sweetened with a touch of blue agave nectar) have a little sass in every bite and boundless flavor. Go beyond chips: These salsas are great for chile relleno, quesadillas, crostinis or even in soup.—Nicole Denis
