Oregon Single Malt Whiskey

Created from Risk barley grown on Rogue's micro barley farm in the Tygh Valley Appellation in the rain shadow of Mt. Hood. The malted barley is smoked over alderwood, brewed into a whiskey mash and fermented at the Rogue brewery in Newport. The whiskey is then distilled at the Newport distillery, ocean-aged for three months and hand bottled.

Awards: American Distilling Institute 2011 - Gold; SF World Spirits Competition 2010 - Gold; World Beverage Competition 2010 - Gold.
