Our organic miso are certified by USDA. These three misos are made from organic soybeans and organic rice. Organic Miso White Type has a mellow taste and sweet aroma. Organic Miso Red Type has a distinctively rich flavor and aroma. Mild Sodium contains 20% less sodium than our organic miso white type.
