With heat levels topping 10,000 on the Scoville scale (the measurement of spicy heat in a chile pepper), these hot sauces are not for the faint of heart. Pain is Good Sauces varieties on offer include Habanero Pepper Sauce (Hot), perfect to drizzle over your favorite Mexican dishes; Jalapeno Pepper Sauce (Medium), nice heaped on scrambled eggs or tacos; and Cayenne Pepper Sauce (Mild), whose malt vinegar tang makes it perfect for chicken or slathered on pork.
