We've been making this sausage for years, but Paula loved it so much we renamed it for her. A breakfast sausage, but so versatile it can be used in place of ground pork or beef with about any recipe. A blend of uncooked ground pork, seasoned with country ham. Now also in a new maple flavor. Six 12-oz. packages.
