A fabulous collection of award-winning cheeses created by cheesemaker Paula Lambert: Smoked Scamorza, Fresh Goat Cheese with Herbs of Provence, Queso Blanco with Chiles and Epazote, Plain Caciotta, and Fresh Mozzarella (approximately 2.31 lbs. of cheese).
Founded in 1982 by Paula Lambert, Dallas' Mozzarella Company produces artisanal cheeses using farm-fresh cow's milk and goat's milk. All cheeses are totally and completely handmade. Many are unique, however their inspirations are found in France, Italy and Mexico.
