Perfect Puttanesca

It's not for nothin' that we picked the name Perfect Puttanesca. It's a classic, spicy puttanesca sauce with chopped plum tomatoes, fresh onions, fresh garlic, anchovies, Kalamata Olives, and tangy capers. Legend has it that in the 1950s, Puttanesca Sauce got its name because it was a favorite dish not just of the "puttana"--the ladies of the evening in Naples--and was preferred by their customers as they waited for their favorite paramour. We figure that liking a sauce because it tastes that good is the best reason of all to make it for our customers.
We are a specialty food manufacturer that makes eight products that we like to say is "The Best Stuff in the History of Stuff." Products include Awesome Arrabiata Sauce, Buoy Base, Creme de la Crimini Mushroom Sauce, Marvelous Marinara Sauce, Perfect Puttanesca Sauce, Sensational Seafood Sauce, Serious Sesame Sauce, and Terrific Tapenade.
