Our Persian Lime Oil is a fruity, tangy oil with a long lime flavor finish. This is our second year of producing this oil. This oil is perfect paired with any Mexican dishes, spicy Thai dishes, salads, sea bass, scallops or other shellfish and just drizzled in the middle of an avocado.
