Crepini was born in 2007 with one person working with eight crepe pans, producing about 300 to 350 crepes an hour. Today, our state-of-the-art crepe maker is producing 3,000 to 6,000 crepes an hour. Our machine pours a smooth, creamy, butter-free batter with all-natural ingredients on our hot plated moving belt. All-natural ingredients meaning no MSG, no trans fats, no GMOs and no hydrogenated oils. We utilize green packaging for all our products and our production utilizes optimum energy and electrical energy whenever possible. We flash freeze our crepes so they remain fresh. Flavors range from savory to sweet.
