Chocolatier Michael Recchiuti has expanded his solid chocolate bar line with four delicious varieties flavored with dried fruit, caramelized nuts, toasted sesame and fleur de sel—the key ingredient that adds a subtle burst of texture and enhances intense flavors to linger on the palate.
