Royal Tomato Chutney

This tangy, complex, and fiery chutney should accompany poultry, beef and seafood to enhance the dining experience. Add this chutney to soups, salads, veggie/turkey/beef burgers, homemade breads, pizza, rice, beans, eggs, and pasta. The rich flavor will add zest and character to foods. It's also great for dipping with crudities, cheese, chips and crackers instead of a traditional salsa. To use as a marinade, add two tablespoons of this chutney to 1/4 cup of olive oil, 1/4 cup of lemon juice, kosher salt, and mix thoroughly.
