All products are crafted without eggs or preservatives, so the flavors you want stand out; they’re also gluten-free. The ice cream is available in eight flavors, including Lucuma (Peruvian fresh Lucuma fruit blended with Tahitian vanilla orchids, reminiscent of maple caramel taste) and Mamey (a fruit similar in taste to maraschino cherries, amaretto and vanilla).
