Scourtins, our second 2011 sofi™ Silver Finalist, Outstanding Cracker, is not for the weak and is sometimes not a cookie. They are sometimes even for those who don’t like olives. More than once an olive hater has declared their love for the Scourtins, salty olives and all.
Lark Fine Foods, located in Essex, Mass., is a family owned and operated business dedicated to making deliciously different artisan cookies for grown-ups. We currently make ten different cookies including three sofi™ winners: Cha-Chas, 2010 sofi™ silver finalist, Outstanding Cookie; Salted Rosemary Shortbread, 2011 sofi™ silver finalist, Outstanding Cookie; and Scourtins, 2011 sofi™ silver finalist, Outstanding Cracker.
