Seasnax SeaSprinkles

SeaSprinkles are made from the sea vegetable (or seaweed) red algae or purple laver, called nori in Japanese and kim in Korean. To make this surprisingly addicting snack, the seaweed is harvested, washed, roughly cut and air-dried. It’s then lightly roasted with olive oil, agave syrup, sesame oil, sesame seeds and sea salt giving it a crispy texture and rich flavor. SeaSprinkles are gluten-, trans-fat, cholesterol- and sugar- free, and high in vitamins B1, B6, C and E. They also contain significant amounts of vegetable protein, fiber, iron and other minerals so it’s as healthful as it is tasty.
