Over 60 years of production has allowed us to perfect this traditional favorite. Our flaky, clam shaped multi-layered shell is filled with moist ricotta cheese and finely diced fruit. As unusual as the pastry itself, it can be served at breakfast or lunch or as an after-dinner delicacy.
