Kwik’pak Fisheries introduces Yukon Keta strips, which are cold smoked in the style Yupik Eskimos have been using for generations. Keta Candy strips of hot-smoked Yukon River salmon are cured, using only salt and brown sugar. No preservatives are added. Also available are Old-Style Smoked Portions and Garlic and Pepper Infused Smoked Keta. These are available in retail packs or bulk 2.5-lb. packs.
Serve as an appetizer with crackers and cream cheese; as a flavorful addition to egg dishes; tossed into pasta dishes; and broken into flakes and added to any salad.
