Cheeses inspired by the tastes and flavors of Mexico. A wonderful selection for a party tray as well as for cooking: Queso Oaxaca, Goat's milk Montasio Fesivo with ancho chile rind, La Cocina Caciotta, Queso Blanco with Chiles and Epazote, and Hoja Santa Goat Cheese (approximately 2.43 lbs. of cheese).
About the Producer
Founded in 1982 by Paula Lambert, Dallas' Mozzarella Company produces artisanal cheeses using farm-fresh cow's milk and goat's milk. All cheeses are totally and completely handmade. Many are unique, however their inspirations are found in France, Italy and Mexico.
