Spinach, Mushroom, Roasted Tomato & Feta Torte

Inspired by old world recipes, Giorgio has perfected a timeless filling for its butter rich, croissant-style layered pastry. This flaky "container" holds a tantalizing combination of mushrooms, spinach and diced roasted tomato with tangy feta cheese, all in savory white sauce perfectly seasoned with white pepper.

Giorgio also provides other delicious croissant-style layered pastries, including the Classico Torte, the Ham, Pineapple & Cheese Torte, the Sausage, Egg & Cheese Torte, the Caramelized Onion, Mushroom & Bacon Torte and the Pepperoni Pizza Torte.
