This is a similar blend of estate coffees as the Caffè but a darker roast. It is quite interesting how the roast changes the flavor. You will notice a good body, a toasted nut aroma, strong slightly sharp taste with a long finish and the astringency to please palates that like acidic flavors. Available in 12-oz. vacuum-sealed bags.
